The Florence Chamber of Commerce, through the Florence International Mediation Chamber (FIMC), the American Bar Association – Section of Dispute Resolution and the American Arbitration Association – International Centre of Dispute Resolution, organize the conference “Access to Justice and ADR: continental Europe meets USA”.
ADR professionals from Italy, USA and Continental Europe will meet for sharing experiences and discuss the state-of-the-art of dispute resolution systems in their respective countries.
