Dana Welch is an arbitrator and mediator based in the San Francisco Bay Area focusing on commercial and employment matters. She graduated from Boalt Hall School of Law, the University of California Berkeley (1987) Order of the Coif and received the faculty award for the graduate who best combined the attributes of an advocate and a scholar. Ms. Welch served as General Counsel for a technology-focused investment bank and practiced as a commercial litigator before becoming a full-time neutral in 2002. She previously served as the Chair of the California State Bar’s Standing Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution. She is a fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
